Payment

Deposit
A
deposit will be taken when paying on a session by session basis.
When
you decide to go ahead, a returnable deposit (50%
of the single session fee) will also be taken at
the same time as the fee for your initial session.
The
value of the deposit will then be deducted from your final session
fee, or returned to you provided you give at least 2 working days
notice of cancellation.
NOTE:
The deposit will be retained if an appointment is not attended and
no notice of cancellation is given, or an appointment is cancelled
or rescheduled without giving at least 2 working days notice.

intense extended session can sometimes provide the momentum and
opportunities to make and test much more powerful changes than can
often be accomplished within the time restrictions of a 1 hour session.
Breakthrough
sessions require
payment in full at the time of booking.
Some
conditions may not be suitable for extended sessions.
I
am prepared to travel for these sessions, almost anywhere, however
travel expenses, accomodation, meals and travel time are at your
expense.

Details
- Fees are
always paid at the end of each session.

if you pay for 8 or more sessions in advance.

Rescheduling,
Cancelling and Missed Appointments
- At least
2 working days notice is required when rescheduling
or cancelling an appointment. Obviously if you do not give adequate
notice, the deposit will be retained.
- If you
fail to attend an appointment, the deposit will be retained.
- You may
end the course of treatment at any time, and should notify me of your
intentions to do so either during the session, or with at least 2
working days notice. If you do not give adequate notice, the
deposit will obviously be retained.
- If for
whatever reason a deposit or advance payment has not been taken, you
will be invoiced for unpaid fees.
Group
Bookings and Individual Quit Smoking Treatment Conditions
- All group
booking and individual quit smoking treatments require Payment
in full at time of booking (or payment of a deposit at
time of booking and remainder payable at the start of the first session).
- Bookings
cannot be guaranteed unless a payment has been received.
- If cancelling,
a full refund will be given if you cancel more than a week before the
start of the first session.
- The deposit

the first session.
- Once the

Extended

travel is required, travel expenses, accomodation and meals are at
your expense and will be billed separately. Certain
travel expenses may be charged in advance.
Travel time will be an additional charge or it can be
deducted from the session time.
- Appointments
cannot be guaranteed unless a payment in advance has been received.
- Some conditions
may not be suitable for extended sessions.
- A full
refund will be given if you give a minimum of a weeks notice when cancelling
an Extended session, however any expenses already incurred such as travel
tickets will deducted from the fees returned.
- 50% of
the fee will be retained if you cancel less than a week before the start

What
if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
At least 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or
cancelling an appointment. If adequate notice is not given you will obviously
be charged for the session as if it had taken place.
Refunds
and Guarantees
- No
guarantees or claims of cure are ever offered.
- No
refund is payable for the sessions you have attended whatever
the circumstances.
- If you
pay in advance for the treatment then unused sessions
will be refunded as soon as you inform me that you don't need to
continue.
- If you
paid by credit card, debit card or online, a small transaction handling
fee will be deducted from any amount refunded to cover bank transaction
charges.
- Nothing
in life is guaranteed, and it is not considered professional or ethical
to offer one.
A doctor, counsellor, or psychologist for example, does not offer a
money back guarantee because the complexity of the human mind and body
make it is impossible to say with 100% certainty what the exact results
will be. Whilst treatments like hypnotherapy and NLP can often be quick
and effective, the therapy is not a magic wand which 'zaps' the
problems away but is instead a gradual process where we both work
together over a period of time to help you overcome the problems
and make changes. Therefore the results are to some extent dependent
on your commitment, motivation and involvement in the change
process. The most successful clients are the ones who get fully involved
in the treatment, act on advice and carry out any exercises given. You
can be assured that as a full-time professional and ethical therapist,
I will bring all my skills, knowledge, experience and ongoing training
to bear in helping you to achieve your goals. However
as I cannot control your commitment, involvement, life circumstances
or what you do outside of the session, I cannot offer any guarantees.
